  • 1 and 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 3 tea spoons peanut oil
  • 5 (30g each) dried Chinese pork sausages, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped long red chilli
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce (salt-reduced)
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tea spoons sesame oil
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced lengthways, to serve


  1. Cook rice (follow absorption method on packet).Take a baking tray with baking paper. Spread rice over already prepared tray. Cool it in room temperature. Cover it & refrigerate for around 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Combine all 3 eggs & half the sesame oil in a jug. Heat over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon peanut oil And Swirl to coat. Add 1/3 of egg mixture. Swirl to coat. Cook for a minute or until just set. Remove to a board. Roll up. Thinly slice it .
  3. Repeat it twice with remaining peanut oil and egg mixture.
  4. Add sausage and onion in oil. We can fry it until sausage has browned or Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Add chilli and garlic. Until fragrant or Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add oyster sauce, peas, rice, soy sauce, and remaining sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Top with chilli.
  7. Now it is ready to Serve.
